This is what I was referring to. We often identify physical pain with negative trauma, causing us to avoid or be cautious of the thing that hurt us... yet when the pain is emotional, or mental.. we have a tendency to go towards what causes us pain. We assume that these feelings can be corrected through resolve, and holding on to the idea that the person who caused this pain is the same one who can correct it. Which is true, the only problem is we are looking at the wrong person.
If you don't control your emotions, or thoughts … TRUST ME... SOMEONE, or SOMETHING else will.
