2021 is starting off to be a great year! Mentally AND Physically!I've remained on track for the most part with my diet and nutrition. My training has leveled up and I am finally working with a diet to supplement that. Using a meal prep service in addition to some cooked prep to increase my calories. I've been steadily maintaining my weight and physique, but growth has slowed slightly, which was mostly due to my diet not being adequate enough for the training that takes place. (I've been going twice to 3x a day during the week), and often twice on weekends.
Also been busy with work, as well as working on 2 separate personal projects (A Mental and Physical transformation guide/manual) and a creative writing book comprised of things I've written over the last 2 decades up until now. I am also getting more serious about moving out of state, so I've been working on doubling my savings and making my credit *even more* excellent. I spent the last 6 years working on that shit lol.
So overall, life is good. While the days can get boring in this now quiet state of Southern California living as a bachelor.... I can't complain. I've become one with a lifestyle that has benefitted my life going forward more than anything ever could have.
