Not only am I excited to have completed the planner project, but giving them to people who I know will make great use of them as I have been, and continue to do.
I'll create a thread showing my daily notations, workouts, and meals, as well as sharing some of my worksheet information. Trusting in, and following a process is crucial to realizing real change. It's still important for me to have guides to be able to look back on that shows not only my physical work, but the mental hurdles, and levels I've managed to break through as well. This is what this planner offers to me. It's like creating encyclopedias of my life. The good, the bad, and the actions I've made that contributed to them... This is what helps me constantly work to improve.
